Youth Bole: Ab Meri Baari 2.0
Youth Bole Ab Meri Baari (YBAMB) is a flagship youth-centric platform organised annually, to spotlight young people’s experiences, insights, and solutions. By placing youth voices at the heart of every conversation, YBAMB ensures that young leaders not only share their perspectives but actively shape decisions that affect their lives. Through open, participatory dialogues, YBAMB champions the belief that young people must be engaged, empowered, and enabled as decision-makers across policies, civil society, institutions, communities, and families.
This year, through YBAMB 2.0 continue, we continue our mission by convening youth leaders who will explore how to strengthen their role in driving social change and shaping the future we all share. The half-day event will feature 3-4 digital consultation sessions, each bringing together 10 young people with stakeholders such as NGO leaders, funders, and policymakers. These facilitated discussions will create a space for young leaders to voice their priorities, ensuring stakeholders hear directly from them about their needs and ideas for meaningful action.

From Margins to Mainstream: Centering Women’s Leadership in Climate | Part 1
Women’s leadership at all levels is critical for driving gender equity and fostering economic, social, and political progress. Emerging evidence also highlights the strong link between women-led decision-making and better environmental outcomes, posing a vital question: How can we bring more women and girls’ leadership to the forefront in responding to the climate crisis?
Dasra is convening a closed-door workshop to bring together a cohort of practitioners working at the forefront of the climate crisis—innovating on the ground in vulnerable communities and hearing firsthand the challenges and opportunities for impactful change. This convening will serve as a space for connection, collaboration, and reflection, spotlighting key learnings and promising practices at the intersection of climate and gender. Participants will collectively explore how to effectively integrate women’s and girls’ leadership into climate solutions. The workshop also marks the launch of Dasra’s small grants initative, dedicated to centering women’s and girls’ perspectives in climate action.
